One of the thing I love most, is shooting photos outdoors in the forest. An open fire with some outdoor coffee and I am there! Ok, it doesn’t even have to have an open fire or coffee, I just love being outdoor. The mountains, the lakes, and the forest. It can be a slow hike with friends at the mountain for an evening picknick, it can be sleeping in a “lean-to” and outdoor cooking, or maybe foraging mushrooms with the friends ending the experience with a Swedish fika in the forest.

There is something special about being and working with people and events that take place outdoors. The place is always filed with such a positive energy. There is something unifying, calming and honest about being, living, cooking, eating and sleeping closer to nature. Nature isn’t separate from us, nature is a part of us and I think it’s why nature therapy with forest bathing has proven to have the same or even better effect than anti depressant.
