My stay att Happie Camp was wonderfully calm and filled with laughter, good conversations, yummy food and several cool swims in the lake. Being at Happie Camp really is the easy way out, getting to enjoy those wonderful outdoor moments while still being comfortable in the large canvas tent. I think glamping is a new favorite of mine, two worlds combined ending up in a luxurious outdoor experience that leaves you rested and happy!
THIS POST IS IN COLLABORATION WITH HAPPIE CAMP

I visited Happie Camp with one of my best my friends Jackie and we had so much fun talking, laughing and catching up on all that’s happened lately. Just being us, without anything interfering.
Our first morning at happy camp was amazing. The morning light woke me up and I went outside to watch the sunset. The heather flowers were covering the ground like a purple math and I sat there outside the tent listening to nature slowly awakening.

The exact location of Happie Camp is a bit of a secret and you get the exact coordinates a few days before going there. Our canvas tent was located just above the cliffs, with an amazing view accompanied by the soothing sound of the water hitting the cliffs.

Some bubbly, a bit of sour beer, home made popcorn and some Energy mix from Happie Camps food box, cooking in the outdoor kitchen and our days were basically perfect! Even making the dishes felt like fun in this environment!

If you want to you can check out my YouTube video on our stay at Happie Camp below.
I truly recommend staying at Happie Camp (our stay took place at Arnön but there are several locations to choose from), to relax and get away from the stress of every day life. This locations is best suited for adults without any physical disabilities due to the cliffs and locations of the canvas tent. In my opinion this place is perfect for everything from an engagement celebration a sunny weekend, to get closer to the outdoor while still being comfortable enjoying some quality time with a friend or why not treat a family member to some well deserved alone time!

It looks really amazing! But I have several questions: Is there a toilet and how do you keep your food cool (except the champain, I saw you taking it out of the water). It looks like there is no electricity? Anyway, if there is a proper toilet and not many mosquitos, I might even convince my boyfriends to go there with me!

It really was amazing! About your questions: There is a toilet behind the larger canvas tent. It is a “real” toilet that you can sort of flush. It is very nice. The food we brought with us most of it and kept it in a cooling bad for food that you have these cold block to keep the food cold and good for about 48 hours. Happie Camp has a vegan food bag with recipes that you saw briefly in my video, then you don’t need a cooler to keep the food fresh because the vegan ingredients doesn’t go bad. When we were there it wasn’t a lot of mosquitos but that of course depends on the humidity at that time, how hot it is and so on. 🙂 But longer into the summer months, towards autumn as it is now, there usually asren’t as many mosquitos. 🙂

Maria, Your vlog invokes so many emotions & thoughts. I am Italian and I tend to see things through that lens. But I must say your vlogs, pictues and such are truly incredible, actually breathtaking. I imagined my ancestors traveling to the North Country many years ago and encountering the beautiful women of Sweden. I am sure they thought they were angels or they must be dreaming. To be honest I know very little about Sweden, it’s culture, it’s food & traditions. I’m not sure how I found your vlog, but you have captivated me with your life story and your articles. My ancestors were right, This is a beautiful place surely God is in it…keep posting.
